Involved in wine-making for more than 15 years now,  . Conversion to Ecocert came in 2006 and the entire vineyard has been AB (organic farming) certified since 2012.
I have 2.24 hectares planted with pinot noir, pinot blanc and chardonnay grape varieties.

Sarl Bélorgeot-Bonnet is a limited company I set up with my brother Thierry Bélorgeot, an organic wine-maker in Noé-les-Mallets. We have two presses with a capacity of 4,000 kg and a 400-hl vat. We have Ecocert quality certification for the pressing centre and certification for organic grape pressing. 
I am responsible for pressing the grapes.The juice is then passed on to the Centre de Vinicole production facility in Chouilly (Marne), a coopérative cellar
With a team of highly experienced winemakers and flawless traceability, my grapes are turned into organic champagnes in optimum conditions
