MIRANDA - Erbaluce - White Wine
The "Miranda" White Wine of Centovigne comes from vineyards located at 250-300 meters above sea level and cultivated on sandy soils, rich in gravel and marl. Aged in concrete tanks and then left to rest in the bottle, it is a fragrant and pleasantly pulpy wine, capable of giving a refreshing and highly satisfying sip.

TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow; bright. The nose is expressed with notes of white flowers, hints of green apple and peach and hints of citrus. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly savory and of good length.

PAIRINGS
Excellent in combination with fish, it is ideal to accompany grilled vegetables.
