Semi-dry, fruity Rosé with a typical Burgundy attitude and a lot of cherry- and strawberry flavors.

Imagine: it is a war summernight. You take a stroll through an orchard full of ripe fruit: Cherries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches... There is a blooming elderflower-bush, on the ground sprout roses and wild-flowers. So what do you do? You stroll along, wondering what kind of lovely dish you hould prepare to accompany a glass of this wonderful, pink Rosé.
