You select the countries you would like to sell to. At the moment you can sell to private buyers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden. In 2023 we will open Avelyn to consumers in more countries.

With Avelyn you keep your wines until they are sold. This means that not only are you are in full control of storage conditions, you are also free to change your allocations anytime you want. Furthermore, with Avelyn there is no more stress with cashflow because with Avelyn your payments are transfers within 7 days of order.
How much does it cost?
It is free to present your estate and list your wines on Avelyn. When you sell you pay a fee of just 20% per bottle sold (excl. VAT), with a minimum of €1.5 and a maximum of €10. It does not matter if the wine costs €10 or €100. The fee is the same because the problem Avelyn solves for you is the same. That’s fair. For this fee Avelyn handles all the hassle with with customs, tax compliance, payments and shipping – so you can focus on what you do best, making great wine.

Sounds great but what about my existing importers? With Avelyn there is no conflict of interest. You are free to select the countries you would like to ship to. You can make changes to your Avelyn markets anytime you want, 24/7.
What about orders and shipping?
Again, no hassle and no nonsense:
- You receive an email when you have an order.
- When you accept the order you automatically get all the documents required for the sale and shipping.
- You pack the wines in shipping approved boxes, schedule a pickup in your profile, and the courier arrives the next day to collect the shipment at your estate.
- Your payment is automatically processed within 7 days.
