Agriarquata is an Agricultural Cooperative Society born in Arquata del Tronto, a city that has always been known for the Pecorino grape veriety, afther the earthquake of August 24, 2016. It is a viticolture defined as heroic because we cultivate our vineyards above 600 meters above the sea level, in an uncontaminated environment between the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains and Laga, in the province of Ascoli Piceno.

Pecorino is the sparkling and organic white wine from Italy. The ground, the green culture gives it unique featurrs. The Italian nome Pecorino, for the wine, not meaning english name sheep but its name is direct link between the Pecorino cheese and Pecorino wine. The spicy of the cheese was likely of the sparkling of the wine. The Benedictine decided to used this name Aldo for the wine, Pecorino Wine, from Arquata del Tronto.
