A story that started many years ago, an unforgotten passion, a return to his roots respecting traditions and the courage to innovate. Nicola Chiaromonte, the latest generation in a family of winemakers, runs the Cantine that has over 60 hectares of vineyards in Acquaviva delle Fonti, Apulia, in the south of Italy. The vineyard are aged between 30 to 100 years old and have been grown organically. Beside Nicola Chiaromonte there is the businessman Paolo Montanaro, his partner. His experience and passion for wine is contributing to the growth of the brand. The wines of Tenute Chiaromonte have a combination of structure and power mixed with freshness and elegance. They express their personality, they are rich and harmonious at the same time. Nicola’s constant research for quality, drove the farm to challenge themselves to experiment with Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle and other autochthonous vineyards, receiving national and international awards.
