Cantine Valpane has a vineyard area that currently extends for 10 hectares. After years of Integrated Defense Program minimizing the use of chemical products, the company is currently in the conversion period for Organic Certification, to produce more and more healthy grapes in full respect of the environment. The yields per hectare are deliberately kept low through appropriate pruning and thinning. In the cellars, restored in their ancient architecture and can be visited upon reservation, the grapes are vinified without the use of selected yeasts, but only with indigenous ones to give their wines a more typical and unique taste. The wines are neither clarified nor filtered.
