Cascina delle rocche di Moncucco is a family run winefarm, on Moncucco's hilltop of S. Stefano Belbo, in the heart of Moscato d'Asti Langhe hill district.
Thanks to its good soil gives great results to every kind of grape varieties.
Besides Moscato d'Asti DOCG, we produce Barbera d'Asti DOCG, Langhe Chardonnay DOC and Dolcetto d' Alba DOC too.
Our vineyards lye along the typical steep slopes called Sori' in our piedmontease dialect, rough grounds particularly vocated and sunny exposed, very hard to work, being all done by hand.
Here sun and wind cuddle the vine, offering us golden bunches of Moscato d'Asti with its unique musky aroma, the same you find then in the bottle.
We care and follow directly all the vineyards works and treatments, doing a strict grapes selection, harvested in the cassettes and processed quickly in the winery.
We're very fond of our winefarm, being so tied to this earth and country traditions, trying to preserve and to enhance its values, always looking at the future to improve ourselves.
Even the tourist and guest are welcomed with joy by us. Besides having the chance to taste our wines, you could be enchanted by the panorama you could admire from our sightseeing point over Belbo valley.
