Cima del Pomer is a small winery that since the beginning has blazed a trail against the trends: Charmanti wines and Fondanti Integrali® wines are its proposals.
The first, classic DOCG sparkling wines are made in small autoclaves distributed in different locations, they are modern and always young and very fresh;
The second, the Fondanti Integrali®, undergo slow fermentation in the bottle, retain scents of yeasts, and have no sugars, nor preservatives added,  resulting light, versatile, and able to age.
Thinking about them, presenting them, and discussing them: this is what happens at Cima del Pomer, a place always open to true wine lovers.
Described on the label are small related stories to the city of Venice, the peculiarity of these products, faithful to tradition, Veneto winemakers, and the most expert palates.
