They built a state-of-the-art new winery aiming at fully reveal the true personality of their only two varietals: Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Today they produce 3 different Saumur Blanc , 100% Chenin Blanc , each wine having its own personality depending from its vines location and aging and offering to you either a fresh and lively expression or a delicate and generous explosion of flavours or even a sharp minerality . The range of their red Saumur Champigny , 100% Cabernet Franc, promises freshness of red and black currants flavours and the elegance of velvety tannins . Last but not least, they also created a Cremant de Loire , crafted in the traditional way with a minimum 36 months aging .
