The Bailly family have been winegrowers in the heart of the Pouilly-Sur-Loire vineyards for 6 générations. Since 2000, Patrice has been lovingly tending his 18 hectares of vines located on hillsides regarded as being among Pouilly-surLoire's very best,from which he produces a wine renowned for its many qualities, above all for the fruity aromas that make his Pouilly Fumé range so distinctive.
They give a fruity, dry white wine tasting of gunflint, citrus fruits and white flowers, which goes particularly well with fish, shellfish, white meats and various cheeses.
