Welcome to our wine estate located in the village of Orschwiller in central Alsace - which is famously known for the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg. We offer aromatic and well-balanced wines in a true alsacian style. This is why we are picking grapes at the ripest point possible. Our wine estate practice reasonable managed viticulture with no chemical fertilizers, no weedkillers and respecting principles of organic agricultural from this year. And than Wines… Our wines are aged in traditional alsacian oak casks, reaching a higher level of complexity and depth. And for the « Crémants », their bottle fermentation is taking place in our 18th century rock cellar, where temperature’s naturally constant all year round. Our Story Our estate was growing slowly and is now up to 6 and half hectares. It is managed by Jean-Yves Fahrer enologist since 2009. Our first estate bottling took place in 1950.
