Clos de Lôm is a family-owned estate since 1836. The family Serratosa Caturla is the owner of approximately 300 hectares of vineyards located in Fontanars dels Alforins, Valencia, Spain. For more than 15 years, they are carrying out a fruitful relationship with the prestigious oenologist Pablo Ossorio. After selecting the ideal grape varieties and perfect plots together, from up to 55 different soils there are in the estate, plots of different slopes and orientation, in 2018 they have finally decided to start the new milestone in family history, to introduce their first bottle to the world. As Pablo Ossorio explained, the owners and himself decided to risk by taking an uncertain path, completely new for both of them.
