Messing is a project of friends who share a passion for excellent wines and sustainable winemaking. The aim is to create fresh, contemporary wines based wholly on biodynamic production practices. Our grapes are processed where they grow gently in order to guarantee first-class quality at all times and to save unnecessary transports. 
In short: Messing combines quality with sustainability, so that all wines are made in harmony with nature and the environment. 
Our philosophy is closely linked to the production of our wines. So we are part of the entire production process and decide ourselves from the very beginning how we create our wines. Starting with the harvest, through various processes and ageing options in the wine cellar, to the final bottling.
