The bottle tells about the past year, the seasons, the weather, but above all it is the direct connection to the earth. We believe that respect for the environment, especially for the soil, is fundamental to the quality of our wines. We do not use herbicides, chemical fertilizers and, if the environmental conditions allow it, we reduce the use of systemic plant protection products. Our young wine-producing reality was born in 2012 and has 6 hectares of vineyards in the territory of Neviglie, a small town in the Alba area. Although a few kilometers from the typical area of the great reds, the calcareous-clay soil and the remarkable temperature ranges, due to the high altitude (500 mt a.s.l.), are the perfect climatic context to produce elegant sparkling wines with a strong character. Just as it is an area of choice for a fresh and aromatic Moscato d’Asti. Our production is completed by a tasty, pleasant Pinot Nero rosé and a fruity and well-balanced Dolcetto di Alba.
