The wine business is carried out in the heart of the Itria Valley, between Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino, in the same land chosen by our ancestors to plant the first vineyards and which Marco Emilio Santoro cultivates today in the fifth generation. With the aim of creating an interacting agro-ecosystem favorable to the organic management of the entire company, plots of different nature have been acquired over the years: woods, tree-lined pastures, olive groves and arable land. Typical of the area is the red earth, poor in nitrogen, partially equipped with clay, silt and sand, rich in potassium and bolus. The karst subsoil and the important thermal excursions of the area favor the production of quality wine.
