The Tiny Winery was founded at the end of 2019 from a hobby project and currently cultivates one hectare of vineyards in Dhron and Brauneberg. Partly true to the roots Riesling vines  form the basis for classic and natural Mosel Riesling with little alcohol. Pinot Noir round off the Hofberg vineyards. 

In addition, the vineyards have been cultivated in recent years according to the principles of controlled environmentally friendly viticulture (KUW) and have been planted with insect-friendly DELINAT seed between the rows.

The fermentation of the white wines took place in cool, slow form in used wooden casks, the red wine was matured in open mash containers for at least 14 days before it received its finish in used fermentation casks.

Since march 2021 the winery is situated at Neumagen-Dhron.
