Comments of the cellarman
Wine with garnet reflections , fragrances of chocolate and red fruits. The mouth is delicate and the tannins are melted and powerful. The barrel ageing brings full-body and aromatic complexity .

Vinification
Organic conversion in progress.
Traditional wine making process includes fermentation between 24° and 26° Celsius in order to extract color and develop a deep structure in mouth. Syrah and mourvèdre are raised 12 months separately in oak barrels so as to develop the characteristics of each variety. The ageing of the wine continues 10 months in vats before the bottling.
