Artistic label: The image of Persefone was   drawn stricly by hand. Daughter of Greek Goddess Demetra, Persefone is Goodess of flowers, nature and life.She was kidnapped by God of the Underworld, “Ade”, she is forced to live underground during winter months; In spring goes up from the underworld to bring Abondance  and life to nature .

Produced in   Cigliano vineyard , ancient volcano of Campi Flegrei exposed to the sun where you can admire the amazing view of Gulf of Pozzuoli.  The soil is  calcareous clay, sandy franc and " Pozzolana Land" ( land rich of minerals and volcanic elements). Harvest time: last week of September, first week of October . The grapes manually harvested , are winemaking in  traditional method  with consecutive fining in steel and glass. Fermentation temperature: 16-18 ° C. 

Persefone is an explotion of aromas with a fresh bouquet of white fleshed fruit with mineral.  It goes with fish dishes , vegetables and Mediterranean cuisine.
