Description

From the vines of Barbera and Bonarda 
DOC wine of an intense ruby red colour, flaunting a pure grainy background and a trait of
clean and harmonious aromas typically found in fruits of the wood namely blackberries, raspberries as well as a pleasing spicy and vanilla note. 
Dry and warm, a harmonious taste which is surprising for its smooth, full bodied and tannic balance.
An extended fermentation is carried out on the grape skins; it is then refined in new barriques of 225 litres for a period of six to eight months and subsequently bottled.
Served at room temperature of about18-20 °C, and after a moderate oxygenation
