'Tramà' Forlì Bianco - Ancestral wine
Description
The color is pale straw yellow with fine perlage. The aroma has the typical aromatic notes of Malvasia and Traminer, from the exotic fruit to the citrus notes to the flowers and white fruits. In the mouth the slight effervescence, the sustained acidity and the slight hint of yeast give a unique complexity.
After the grapes (95% Malvasia, 5%Traminer) have been harvested, they are gently pressed and followed by a classic white vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Before all sugars are consumed by yeast, the wine is bottled and corked with a crown cap, so that the fermentation ends in the bottle, producing carbon dioxide and giving aromatic complexity to the wine.
