Description

The wine shows a beautiful purple red with a purplish edge. The nose ranges from small red fruits, to slightly vegetal and spicy notes given by Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. In the mouth the aromas perceived to the nose are expertly complexed by elegant tannins and a unique freshness.
Hand-picked, the three masses of grapes (50%Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet, 20% Syrah) are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks and then aged 12 months in French tonneaux and at least 6 months in bottle.
