Grape: 95% Rhine Riesling: 5% Italic riesling
Yield: 70 – 80 hl/ha or 3 tons/acre
Fermentation: 7 day
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes and are then pressed slightly. The must is clarified and the yeast is then inserted. At the end of the fermentation process, the yeasts are stirred weekly until January.

Ideal food pairings: Ideal to serve with mushroom risotto, boiled or grilled white fish, shellfish and even complex spicy dishes such as jambalaya.

Tasting notes: Golden yellow with bright green reflections typical of this vine, this wine offers intense aromas of apricot and peach with notes of white flowers. An ideal balance between alcohol and acidity, its minerality is combined with a persistency and pleasant sweetness making it easy to drink for nearly every occasion.
