Our sparkling Rosè 20.20 Brut Charmat is a onion skill colour with fine and persistent bubbles, characterised by mineral scents with floral notes and  fleshed fruit, and a light bouquet of yeasts and spicy notes. Recommended pairings with raw fish, crustaceans, raw bluefin tuna, scallops, scampi.
