Description
Author's red wine obtained from hand-picked and hand-selected grapes at the winery's entrance table with excellent sanitary conditions.
This author’s wine is made with grapes from vines planted before the appearance of the clonal selections, a fact that differentiates it and gives this wine a particular complexity. Lees work for a minimum of eight months and reveal a round, unctuous, complex and full of nuances wine. Aging is made, part in deposits of glass, and part in French, and other origin, oak barrels, during a minimum of two years. The result is a settled, mature wine, round, smooth, rich and easy to drink.
Bottled at the winery. Delivered from the winery directly to consumers.
85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Tinta (Black Grenache).
