Description
Barbera d'Alba is a typical Piedmontese wine, very special because compared to other red wine is low in tannins and high in acidity, makes him being more similar to a white than to a red, a red not red unique in his genre. Our Barbera reflects the experience inherited generation by generation. In particular, we decided to follow the advice of my grandfather that used to say that in the glass you should feel the aromas of the grape, with aging in barrels you can achieve an amazing result but if you are not balanced you lose completely the primary aromas of the grape itself. So we decide to age the wine in steel tank and then in bottle, changing the aging based on the vintage. The result is a wine elegant and fruity where comes out the aromas that we are used to feeling while we harvest or while we ferment the wine.
