Description
VINE: This is a classic Barbera cultivated in different hilly vineyards. Each hectare has a planting density
of about 4.500 – 5.000 vines with an average yield of 85-90 quintals of grape equal to 60-62 hectolitres
of wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTIC: Deep ruby red colour which underlines the freshness and winey character.
The bouquet is intense and persistent, pleasantly fruity: it reveals aromas of fresh flowers and
fruit such as plum and sour cherry. Dry, harmonious, full-bodied and balanced.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:14% - 14,5% Vol.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS AND FOOD PAIRING: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18°C
in average size stem glasses. Wine for all meals, excellent with appetizers, pasta dishes, grilled red
and white meat, Piedmont boiled meat, cold cuts and lightly mature cheeses. Also suitable as an aperitif
with snacks and cold cuts, it can perfectly served throughout the meal.
