The grapes used to produce the Barbera d'Asti come from vineyards facing southeast .This exposure and glve us grapes wlth a lower sugar content and higher acldlty than those used to make our Barbera d'Asti Superiore and allow us to obtain a fresher, slightly lively (not bubbly or sparkllng) wlne, easy to be drunk young. with all courses of a meal.
VINIFICATION: maceration for 8/10 days then after the malolactic fermentatio the wine remains on the lees for four months
COLOR : deep ruby red with violet hues
PERFUME: intensely vinous with scents of red berries
SUGGESTED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °c
PAIRINGS: grilled meats, sausages, fresh and medium-mature cheeses
