Place and Lieu Dit : Signargues plateau.
Soils & Terroir : « Villefranchien » and « egg stones »
Grapes : Grenache Noir 50%, Syrah 30%, Mourvèdre 20%.
Vinification : Semi-Carbonic maceration with Grenache and
Mourvèdre. Stalking with Syrah, and always no crushing.
Fermentation by yeast natives and thermoregulation.
Daily winding.
Ageing: 12 months stainless steel.
Tasting: Intense aromas of 5 bays peppers and Garrigue.
Powerful wine with beautiful texture and dense final.
Long in mouth => Good with beef, BBQ, Hindu, Chinese cooking.
