Description

The wine bi.an.co. is produced primarily from Procanico and Grechetto grapes and for a minor part of Verdello, Drupeggio and Malvasia grapes. All grapes are grown in vineyards located in the production zone of Orvieto Classico DOC and are exclusively obtained from selected grape clusters, hand picked at perfect ripeness and meticulously vinified. bi.an.co. is produced from directly pressed whole clusters and slowly fermented at low temperature to ensure the utmost expression of aroma. The wine has a medium golden colour and a rich and full bodied taste, should be served chilled and accompany food.
