Bottling: March of the year following the harvest, refining in the bottle for two months.

Color: Roseé "cerasa" (cherry like pink).

Smell: Intense, fruity, floral and slightly herbaceous. 

Taste: warm, soft, fresh, savory, with a great structure and balanced.
