The variety Chardonnay is a member of the famous Burgundy family, so it is not surprising it comes with a lot of apple-, lemon, peach and lychee flavours. Combined with a flowery bouquet, the wine twinkles in your glas and has a fruity, but crisp and fresh taste.
One day, but only for a short moment, this wine had a short flirt with a french oakbarrique, this gives it a soft and tenderly melting touch, but this is  not a bold or buttery oak fermented wine !
