It has a transparent cherry red colour that is reminiscent of the ruby like Montepulciano grape.
To the nose it offers an intense bouquet of small red fruits with sour cherry dominating in harmony with red flower petals. The aroma closes with a light spiciness. To the lips it arrives dry., decisive.. In the centre of the mouth the freshness explodes with the rich mineral salts in particular relief. Intense and lasting at the back of the throat.
