All the typicality of southern grape varieties is extracted in this wine made from our oldest Syrah and Carignan vines: 55 years old! Great Cuvée of the Domaine, finely wooded, you will appreciate this wine with complex aromas of ripe black and red fruits(black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) followed by aromas of cocoa, peony, violet and fresh leather.  Concentrated and flavorful first impression in the palate, followed by note of spices and long lasting on liquorice, vanilla. Tannins are present, harmonious and melted . It seduces by its elegance, its smoothness and its length in mouth. Our signature wine!
Ideal with a leg of lamb with thymr, small game or stewed meats.
