It is a blend with Pinot blanc Auxerrois, Pinot gris and Pinot noir. Sparkling wine. The nose reveals a delicate bouquet of cherry plum and pear aromas. In mouth it is a fresh, well structured and elegant wine. 6g/l of sugar

 Perfect on its own as an aperitif. It pairs well with fish dishes, oysters or shellfish, as well as desserts.
