Denomination of Origin: Ribera del Duero
Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Vines between 60 and 80 years old in glass
Harvest: grapes collected by hand in 14kg boxes. and double
table selection.
Elaboration: Stainless steel tanks. Fermentation
malolactic in barrel.
Aging: 14 months in new French oak barrels. And 3 years in bottle rack.
Bottling: not stabilized by cold.
Consumption temperature: between 16 and 18ºC
Limited production: 20,600 bottles of 0.75 l.
Alcoholic degree: 14.5% vol.
TASTING NOTE
Deep red color with high layer. In the cup
Long tears of glycerin slowly fall, speaking of the high
quality of the wine.
On the nose, aromas of red and black fruit are discovered and, it brings us
memories of the violet candies of our childhood. His step
per barrel, always subtle, provides notes of tobacco and chocolate, and
confers great complexity. When drinking it awakens a
pleasant overall sensation, due to its tannins
velvety, while showing character and
power.
