Fresh, citrusy and with tropical notes, our Fiano goes well with seafood dishes and good company.

Vine of Campania origins, Fiano has been present in Puglia for 8 centuries thanks to Charles II of Anjou who imported 16,000 Fiano plants from Cava dei Tirreni towards the Gargano.
From it we obtain structured, complex whites, also suitable for long aging.
With over half a century of experience, we have found the right balance in the vineyard for this variety; in the cellar it was worked with soft pressing and so cold both to enhance the floral notes characteristic of Fiano.
