Rosé Wine of Grey Grenache Aged in Oak Barrels
TERROIR: The La Plana wine estate is located on the royal road from Reus to Prades and Lleida, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: Priorat, Catalonia

PRODUCTION: Limited of 353 bottles of 75 CL
VARIETIES: Red (Grey) Grenache, Grenache Noir and Macabeo
GRADUATION: 13.5% vol.
WINEMAKING: 	Hand-harvested at the end of September 2020. Vinification with its skins. Alcoholic fermentation with local yeasts for 24 days at 17ºC. Partial aging for 10 months in 225 liter barrels with their lees.
