We have chosen to limit fertilizations and chemical weeds and to cure phytopathies for a  responsible agriculture.
Lo Strappo has an intense and brilliant colour. Fruit aromas, full taste, fresh and light tannic.
I recommend to serve it at 18 ° C and without airing, in combination with rich and elaborate first courses and meat meals.
