White wine without added sulfites , produced with grapes harvested by hand, what we do is just waiting in our cellar that the wine is ready, we don’t do anything else, we don’t make any kind of handlings.
Luce a Luna is an amazing delicate structured Passerina white wine , not typical for this kind of wine ,with the smell of ripe and tropical fruit  with a light scent of  Madeira and white pepper and Caramel
the wonderful thing of this wine is that as the time gets by, after some minutes the taste will become sweeter. 
Wine variety : 100 % Passerina.
Serving in Bordeaux glasses  
Food matching : perfect  with great fish course , white meats and  also with fruit salad.
