Malolactic fermentation: in oak barrel during 9 months.
Aged 32 months in 225 L, 300 L and 500 L French, European and Canton oak barrels. The last 12 months in 500 L oak barrel

Production: 3.696 numbered bottles (just 300 bottles for sale per year). 750 ML.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: garnet red color with medium high density with violet edge
Aroma: Floral, spicy, red fruit, cacao, very deep and high complexity. Very dynamic in the glass.
Palate: well-defined wine with character and personality. Velvety, vertical, reminds you of the soil where it was born
Self life between now and 50 years.
