Dry rosé wine made with Black Malvasia from Lecce grapes, vinted with just a brief maceration. Ideal for “happy hours” and everydays drinking, it is a rosé with a delicate pink hue, a persistent nose and a deliciously dry, yet fruity flavour. 
Ideal for pasta with tomato sauce, white meats, fish soups and grilled lobsters.
