Description
Harvest: Second and third week of October.
Bottling: April two years after the harvest, after aging in barrels, aging in bottle for four months.
Color: Intense ruby red, tending to purple.
Smell: intense fruity, rich and with a small spicy note.
Taste: warm, soft, quite fresh, savory, tannic and balanced by softness.
