Description
Harvest: Second and third week of October.
Bottling: April four years after the harvest, after aging in wooden barrels, aging in oak barriques for 12 months and aging in bottle for 12 months.
Color: Intense and dark ruby red, which evolves over time.
Bouquet: Intense, rich, light blue, with notes of cooked red fruit, flavors of black cherry, plum, currant, myrtle, dried flowers and spices such as licorice root, vanilla, black pepper and tobacco.
Taste: Shows its generosity with great intensity, dry and very warm, soft, quite fresh, good tannins and sapidity, great and complex olfactory persistence.
