A sparking wine 100% produced by Grignolino grapes under Charmat method after 9 months of fermantion. Quite unique product due that most of the Grignolino wines are only available still. Raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry: Mète offers floreal aromas with hints of fruit, a fresh and pleasantly soft flavour and a pale ink colour that tends to coral.
