SENSORY EVALUATION: pale crystalline pink, dense and persistent foam. Delicate and elegant nose, with floral hints of cyclamen and violet and clear aromas of raspberry, strawberry, red currant. Sweet shades of face powder and fruit candy are accompanied by lashing citrus notes. In the mouth the subtle bubbles expand harmoniously with fresh notes of small red fruits and gentle creaminess, all supported by a lively acidity, which leaves a feeling of dry balance in the finish.
PAIRINGS: very versatile wine, ideal in combination with cold cuts, deep fried recipes and more generally with tasty fat dishes, but to be tried also with new contemporary recipes, which include fresh fruit in the preparations
