Description
The basis of organic farming is listening and observing the vineyard. After the varietal assembly, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, it remains in aging for a minimum of 16 months at a temperature of between 16º / 18ºC. This time of contact between the base wine and the lees gives it the reserve category and a unique texture and personality.
