Harvest: By hand in small crates, mid-October. Average production: 40 hl/ha. Fermentation: In stainless steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins of 12-18 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak. Aging: Over 12 months in French oak barrels (25 hl) and tonneaux. Bottling: Without filtration. Release: 30 months after harvesting. Bottles produced: 5.000. Tasting notes: Bright ruby-red with garnet reflections. Intense nose packed with rosehips, ripe red fruits and marinated cherries. Balsamic and spicy hints, powder, dark chocolate and hazelnut in the background. In the mouth, it is elegant, harmonious with good freshness, velvety tannins and a long finish.
