Description
Orange Wine
Vinified as a red wine, once the grapes have been separated from the stalks, the skins remain to macerate in the stum for about 45 days. Thank to the action of alcohol at a temperature that can vary between 26 and 30 celsius degrees the anthocyanins ( colored pigments and tannins in the skin of the grape ) are trasmitted to the stum. Long fermentation with well selected yeast and durable refinement on pure dregs inside vessels made of stainless steel.Minimum use of sulphur-dioxide in each phase of the wine
processing. Unfiltered , only naturally decanted. This process gives to the wine an orange colour. The wine , on the nose, shows hints of peach and apricot, notes ofdried fruit, hints of acacia flowers and honey. On the taste the wine is medium bodied and , at same time , pleasantly fresh, sapid and balanced.
