From the harmony between man and environment borns the product line “Mia Natura”: an authentic expression of Tenuta Arabona winery.
All wines are spontaneously fermented, bottled without fining, only with a slight filtration, in order to keep the authentic, natural flavour of the grapes.

Mia Natura Passerina IGT Colline Pescaresi is made by organically grown Passerina in purity. The vinification process starts with a cryomaceration at 0° followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature without marc on pied de cuve with autochtonous yeasts.
The wine is bottled without clarification, only with a light filtration. 
Tasting notes: scents of fresh wild flowers and citrus fruits with exotic fruits notes; flavour is fresh, dry, clean and sapid, thanks to its important acidolous content.
